Having difficulties staying on track

I want to know if anyone is having trouble trying to workout daily due to the grind of everyday life? What do you all do if you can workout that often?

    If I can't workout because it's to rough on the boat or im slap whooped like today I just try and eat healthy as possible and reassure myself it's okay I'm still healthier than yesterday BUT if you miss a few or more days it gets kinda difficult to Wanna work out again for me anyway

    Eating healthy is differently important. Your right, once you miss a couple of workouts it is hard trying to get back in the gym .
