Love the beachbody workouts so much - I have done T25 and Max30. I have just started insanity and it is a real challenge but Shaun T is so motivational. Feel free to add me if anyone is doing a beachbody workout - I could use some support :-D

I have some kettlebells that I bought last year, have started seriously working out with them now - Soo much fun. Think I was enjoying cardio much more in the Summer, Winter is for weights for me hahaha :-)

Started week 4 of beta round. I am having to modify the ab workout due to a bruised tailbone (sat on one of my sons metal toy cars) That was the easiest workout for me, but now it is the hardest - ah well still loving the workouts! :-D Really need to order the gamma round soon.

On to week 3 of beta round now, I like adding an extra insanity workout on Saturdays - may try some other workouts on Sat to see what I like best. Is Chalene extreme any good?

I am on the second week of beta now - i'm loving these workouts and getting to use weights again. My weight is still at a plateau. I lost 21kg over a year, I would like to lose another 10. So I am adding some insanity workouts into the mix for some extra burn :smiley:

I am nearly halfway through week one of Beta. I think I love it more than Alpha! Speed 2.0 is crazy haha. I went hiking and climbing on Dartmoor today, so I will be feeling the burn tomorrow :smile:

Yay - finally finished alpha phase! Lower focus felt easy for the first time, and total body circuit is still a killer - don't know if I will ever 'nail' that one!! It's my sons 3rd birthday so I have taken the weekend off of training to enjoy some family evenings - oh and birthday cake :-P Have a great weekend everyone x

Hey :smile: I am back on the workouts again. Had to give my foot a rest - went on holiday and then me and the kids git ill. So lots of sleepless nights and calpol. I am having to do the extra workouts I missed last week. So Alpha phase will be 6 weeks instead of 5. All muscle soreness has gone and im back feeling great…

On to week 5 now! :smiley: Have done a stretch and total body circuit yesterday. I may take today as a rest day and just stretch - muscles feeling a little tight today. Have an injured foot at the moment so having to modify jumps. I broke my toe early this year and my toddler (accidentally!) stood on it and now it is sore.

Did my stretch day yesterday - have to do a double workout tonight to make up for missing yesterday. It's abs and speed 1.0 so that is fine by me. Took my rest day yesterday, just completed lower focus @SliverBulletsUK think it is getting easier. Maybe it is time for a new most hated workout haha. Insanity max 30 looks really insane. Got lower focus done yesterday and just finished cardio today. Struggling with tummy cramps and having to modify and grab water breaks. Double day tomorrow and then hopefully I can give my all next week. Week 4 sneaking up already. I am going to order gamma - T25 is my fave workout that I have tried :smiley:

2 cups a day for me. I cut out caffeine for 3 months to see if I felt better. I did not - I just really missed it. One cup fresh ground medium roast with semi skimmed milk and a spoon of brown sugar crystals mmm. One cappuchino in the afternoon. It's my daily ritual and I love it!

This is the best way of eating for me. I used to eat way too much chocolate - think I must have been addicted to it. now I eat my favorite fruits (currently cherries and strawberries). I always get extra hungry for about 2 days a month. I find giving into the cravings works best, but I still try keep within my daily goals. If I want oreos then I will have 2-4 instead of a whole pack. Grapes and cherries work too as they are very sweet. It is always sweet foods for me at that time haha :smile:

Now my babies are past the newborn stages, I am getting about 7 hours. Used to be about 5-6 hours broken sleep which made me feel ill all day. I would like 8-9 ideally, but my kids get me up early and I am a night owl haha :smile:

I have a charge hr and so far it has really exceeded my expectations! I find it very accurate for cardio and hiit workouts. Great for tracking steps and sleep, it's best gadget I have ever bought :smile:
