Dilemma. My weigh in is tomorrow morning, but I’ll also do a 25 mile bike ride first thing. Do I eat to lose weight or to have energy? Rhetorical question. 🙄😂

PW 157 CW 157 I either refractured or just aggravated my old pelvic fracture. I think my short running season is over this year. If it’s not my pelvis, it’s me slamming my foot into a door frame… 🤪 Silly me.

PW 157 CW 157 Cold weather came and I’m like, ”Well, I guess my running season is over!” 😂 I’m such a wimp. But, no. Thanks to a Garmin 5k challenge, I’ll get out there in a little while. I haven’t slept in since sometime in the spring (or last cold weather Sunday morning). It felt so good. 😴🙂

Ugh! I missed posting yesterday. PW 157 CW 157 I didn’t set a goal this year; & no matter how I try to get motivated, it isn’t sticking. I think I have a goal for next year. I turn 48 at the beginning of the year. I’d like to live 9 months out of next year under 148. 😳

PW 155 CW 156 Ugh. Sorry. I didn’t hold steady. A good things about this week was we got Thai on Monday. I made 3 meals of it instead of 2. I’ve not done that before. But I had too much night snacking.

I need extra motivation. I usually lose during the week, but I gain back on the weekends. So, I'm going with the following format. End of July goal - 152 6/30 - 158 7/3 - 156 7/6 - 157 I gained 2 on the weekend even though I tried super hard. Sunday & Monday were both soup, salad, and a few pistachios & chocolate chips.…

For breakfast/lunch I had low sodium tomato soup with frozen spinach & ground beef. Yummy! Had a big salad for dinner. I snacked on pistachios. Then I snacked on some chocolate chips. I wish I had not done that last bit, but hopefully I didn’t ruin the day.
