Same here !! Monday-Friday I take a spinning class for 45mins and started last week with a personal trainer 5x a week. I didn’t lose an inch. I know that I have to tighten up my food intake.

Every time there is a new update things get lost from my watch to MFP. It does not show up and I have to sign in and out a few times before it even registers.

The weekend is my downfall !! Trying to find ways to fix it ..... this weekend I am just going to eat as healthy as possible. Give in to little temptation vs binging eating after trying to resist temptation. Hoping that works for me this weekend. Add me if you like maybe we can help one another

This is me !!! I stick to my meal plan, I get in all my steps and 30mins exercise then comes night time it all goes to crap !! Night time is really the only time I really get for me 9 to 10pm. Night time craving suck !!! No other way to describe it !! I do great all day stick to the plan. But when the clock turns 9ishhh the craving start. I always leave 200 calories for it BUT as they say it is the worst time to eat cause right after I go to bed.
