    Yes the idea is to stay put even through the bad times, that way at least you are not adding more weight to add to the problem.
    Best tips
    Stay with it through good and bad
    Complete a food diary every day and stay honest.
    Get some supportive friends on MFP with open diaries for ideas.
    Be sure to give support back to those that support you.
    Move more.

    Welcome back! I've been on and off here often as well. I recommond a food scale if you don't already have one and log everything, even if you go over. Don't try and lose too much weight too fast - slow and steady will help keep you on track for the long term.
