Sorry NO magic pills just cut calories and exercise .I also drink a ton of water now. I've learned the hard way with pills they can mess your body chemistry up. There's no easy way to lose weight. It takes hard work and dedication. Good luck on your journey

Hi I'm trying to lose 80lbs myself and get healthy. I would say since you're diabetic try low carb it will keep your sugar levels from getting out of whack. Awesome me too ! I feel tired and sick everyday no more dieting I need to change my eating habits for my health not to lose weight. Hopefully eating nutritious will help the weight come off . My big problem is sugar n carbs. They are a NO NO for me! Have you just started a change recently?
