  • @Tabatha_Cain Glad your doing better! I fell off the wagon through Feb, but getting back on track. Walking 15 minutes on the treadmill every day at my work, which is not enough obviously, but struggling to get motivated at home. hopefully I can make good progress before spring. My daughter graduates in may, so I'm setting…
  • You can do it! Do you have an activity or hobby you enjoy that keeps you active?
  • @MarieSoleil046 , It's good you have specific goals! I don't yet. I am starting with just trying to eat healthy and stay below my calorie goal. We have some treadmills at work, so I can walk on my breaks. Other than that, I will need to set some exercise goals and schedule time to make it happen. How do you do volleyball…

  • I agree. I am an emotional eater. I always think food will make me feel better. It doesn't. I am stuck in a dead marriage, and went on antidepressants over a year ago. So sometimes people don't see as much progress on the scale while gaining muscle at the same time. Also, I've read that if you eat too few calories, your body will realize it is not…
  • Hello, I'm a serial starter so I thought I'd check in here. My weight has been up and down my whole life pretty much. I did low carb years ago and lost, but decided against that diet. Did calorie counting in 2014 and lost a bunch of weight in a contest at work, but then gained it all back. Went Vegan for over a year in…
