It is beach body, I did p90x myself, cut me down to much, I like this one for the reason it gives you size and shred!

Your cardio is through the roof, you need to resupply with starches before and after you run. You are young and have a high metabolism, calories should be up too around 2000.

The workouts are simple to follow, I personally printed out the work sheets. I like to keep track of my progress. The diet is a whole different BEAST! In three weeks I have had dramatic change, my body fat has decreased, my lean mass is more solid.
