Meal Plan, Need Help!

Is there any fairly easy to follow meal plan that consist on 2600 cal a day and had low fat? The reason i ask is because i dont know how to cook much but i am learning.

    check out bodybuilding.com im sure you can find something? or make your own to tailor your needs!!!! its easy :)

    Why low fat? Just curious.

    It's not that complicated to use the diary here to make your own plan. Customise your macros/calories/number of meals and you get a great plan that only includes stuff you like :)

    Usually Google will help ,e.g 2500 meal plan... What are your body stats anyway..
