Mine is L4, the patience thing is what's killing me and everything a Dr had done for me so far has just made me worse, to the point where if the injections don't work my last option is surgery

I try to walk as much as I can but I currently have a herniated disc in my lower spine that limits my exercise. And I know that doesn't help , plus I eat ibuprofen like candy so that's alot to do with it to

I got the three F's coming out my ears lol. Traditional dieting isn't cutting it. That's why I was looking for something a little more extreme. My gut need a push.

If you're anything like me, it could be the aspratame. I have discovered I can't drink it. It gives me chest pains and I even ended up in the ER when I mixed a water flavors packet that contained aspratame and some hydroxycut.

I always have a total lean shake from GNC. Only prep is sticking it in the fridge lol. But I like very simple. If I don't keep it simple I tend to eat crap

I have the same issue at work. I'm always reaching for that after lunch sweet snack or find myself grazing on junk when I know I shouldn't be. I have come to find that going for short power walks on my breaks actually tends to curb my appetite and I don't reach for the junk (or any food for that matter) nearly as much.

My personal favorite I've come up with (hopefully you'll find it more motivating than me lol) #onlystonerslikeafatty . I understand completely. Due to recent health issues I am at the heaviest I've ever been I'm my life and I could absolutely cry myself to sleep every night over it!

I will be cutting way back on the beer and wine and since the soda has already been cut way back I aim to eliminate it completely. Basically all high carb and sugary drinks. I do like my wine but I also don't need to drink it every single weekend lol.

Yes!! My office is full of old ladies who love to bake the sweet stuff and think every occasion calls for a cake! And they constantly make me feel bad like I'm insulting them if I don't try all of their food :(

It could help you lose water weight. When your dehydrated your body retains water. Some people to excess. So you can lose "weight" but not fat.
