I went even higher on my seat and now I feel I can stay on track longer. My seat is now about the same height as my handlebar. My hands don't feel as comfortable though so I guess I need to look up more videos.

I'm also at high risk for diabetes. I need to get rid of about 50-60 lbs. I just recently got a bike and am aiming at loosing 1-2 lbs a week. I'll settle for 1 but push for 2. I also have a hard time with my food choices and have two kids looking at me. We can do this!

I've seen some videos on how important it is to get a proper fitting. I think I might end up getting it cause my right knee is starting to bug me.

I think I might go a bit higher. I'm so surprised at how I had it all the way down to begin with. It's way better with some space. My bum still hurts though

I raised my seat and it helped with the pain on my hands. I also noticed my seat was tilted to the left so I centered it. We'll give it two days this way and take it from there. Thanx for the tips

Went to my doc today.... Not good news.... I'm going to go in for a vaginal ultrasound.... Sigh.... I either have fibroids or a cyst. Excuse the spelling if it's wrong. Got my bad news in the morning and I let it get the best of me when eating. What a horrible day...sigh...

*paigemedlock855* I am a chocoholic. It's nice to be able to share that with all of you. Also I'm ashamed to say it but I'm a carb junky. I've been working on it though. I'm about to go to a nutritionist. That's how you know you have a serious prob lol. INTERVENTION...ha ha ha

*jbenson0513* awesome! Great job with putting a schedule together. I should work on one for myself. I tend to be more of an on the spot decision making person with a bit of pre planing. When it comes to eating though it doesn't work so great....I'm a disaster.

*jbenson0513* it sucks that pregnancy changes everything about our bodies. I loved lettuce lots and lots of lettuce before....sadly now it makes me very gassy... This eating health salads scares me. Lol if you know what I mean.

*MrsHull840* I was thinking of homeschooling my youngest but I'm scared I will end up getting heavier cause then I really won't have any time for me ever. My oldest is 8 and we just found out she is dyslexic, I might pull her out of school too but not till next year. I want to see how it goes with my 4 yr old first.

Can anyone recommend good beginner weight training videos. My doc said cardio is not enough. I'm afraid of bulky muscles though. Long and lean is what I'd like even if I'm only 5'2" =) the long... I'll wear heals
