I dont like to cook. Plain and simple. And if I do and I like it I eat in all quickly. So not a good option for me all around. However, I am trying to eat more veg's And that requires some chopping for salads. The less I'm out of the kitchen, the better!!

Thanks! Good ideas. I have come to the reality that just to create new habits is the important thing. Even if short times, it all helps and eventually I feel better and want to do more. Like parking farther away at stores. It all adds up!!

I don't like to cook so dont even try except for simple things. I buy lots of my food at trader joes like salads, sandwiches, frozen meals, nuts etc. they have reasonable prices otherwise I would just throw away ingredients and not use. That's my way of keeping it simple and manageable.
