I only have 11 more days till the end of school. Trying to plan my days while I am off. I think I will have a gym days 2 times a week then I will walk in the mornings or water aerobics and keep up the planning and the prep.

Ok ready for the week. Made mason jar salads for the week. My clothes are out and ready. Went to the farmers market got my spring veg for the week and fresh strawberries. Goals is to workout at least 4 times, drink my water and track my food. Only 5 more weeks of school till summer break. I can do this.

Hi everyone last day of spring-break. Did get a lot of appointments out of the way and cleaned out a closet. To end the week I went on a hour walk with a friend along the country. Still working on getting the water in. Done well with food choices. Tomorrow our Farmers Market opens up YEY

I did fine yesterday except in the afternoon. I am off this week for Spring break. My plans are today to workout, drink the water and track my food.

I belong to a great group called orgaize yourself skinny and we talk about prepping for the week. Sundays are mine I make alot of mason jar salads put togeather on Sunday and last all week. I also like skinnytaste site. I get alot of soup ideas and then dole it out and freeze half so I always have something in the freezer.
