my work is constantly bringing donuts and ordering pizza or ordering in food and when I bring my own lunch..which I have every day for a while now... it makes it so much easier! I love having a plan and feeling the success of sticking to it :)

the most important thing for fat loss is eating in a calorie deficit. working out just allows you to eat a little more, but not a whole lot. maybe start by just focusing on nutrition.

haha yeah, I've been carb cycling for a few months and like it, but this week kicked it into high gear being so close to competition. 1 hour fasted cardio in the morning, low/low/low/low/high rotate.. my low days I get 1196 calories with under 34 carbs and my high days is 1320 calories with 180 carbs

just move on. it happened. its done. back on track your next meal. seriously, don't try to compensate by starving yourself. it won't work. it gets you in a bad cycle. I know from experience. forgive yourself
