When are you hungriest?

So I train 6 out of 7 days - 5 days of lifting, monday usually involves a cardio session after weights and on friday mornings I will do *only* cardio, roughly 30-40 minutes.
I always find my appetite is through the roof whenever I do a morning that only involves cardio, I will be eating/hungry all day compared to if I do weights where my hunger levels stay normal lol.
Does anyone else find their appetite sky rockets when they do cardio in the morning?

The day after deadlifts. It doesn't matter what I'm doing, there are snacks in my purse. And I will eat every 2-3 hours. People are usually surprised with what I pull out of there.0

I am ravenous after cardio! Especially if I run! When I lift or do other activities that have weights involved I am hungry but not crazy-hungry. When I run or take/teach a dance class I am always absolutely starving after and could graze all day... (On healthy stuff of course). It's awesome... I love the feeling of working hard, being hungry and nourishing my body after!0

I'm hungriest if I stay up longer than usual. Interestingly, after getting up the next day I'm not hungry anymore.0

I don't actually ever get truly hungry anymore. I also don't do a lot of scheduled exercise, and the things that I do do (walking and some body-weight strength training), doesn't cause anything, except I usually want a glass of water after I go on my walks0

The day after a heavy weight lifting session. I lifted weights yesterday and today I am already really hungry. I eat healthy, though, so I just make sure that I eat something every 2 hours.0

The morning after a heavy lifting session I need to eat ALLLLLL THE FOOD0

It seems the day after a really heavy workout of any sort, which typically means I am not working out that day. As an example, we hiked 10 miles and I was hungry that evening and ate almost all calories back and didn't work out the next day and was STILL ravenous and ate over my calories and I was irritated with myself.0

If I go to the gym in the morning before work, I do not eat anything previous. However, when I get back home, I am so ****ing famished that I need food like NOW.
It's probably a pretty disgusting display to watch, but thankfully my dog doesn't seem to mind.0 -
In the morning after cardio, I am hungriest. Yesterday I had over 500 calories for breakfast which kept me from being hungry all day long. I need a bit extra at breakfast on those days to not feel hungry for the rest of the day.0

I'm reliably hungriest around lunchtime -- right after my workout. In fact, that's almost the only time I feel true hunger at all!0
