Hi I have done these workouts in the past. Do you want to do the 30 day challenge together? I always start these programs but never do the full 30 days! Maybe we could help each other stay motivated?

Hello, I will have a look at a few workouts people have suggested thanks, I have tried to do in the mornings but my boys always wake up if I get up early, I use to be so motivated and enjoy doing the workout but now it just seems so hard to keep to it untill the end...

Thanks I see that is has been changed to the sat, will that work as it's the 9th? so will that be going into the following week?, I don't really have a usual weigh in day so I don't really mind if it makes things easier to have it on the Friday?

I have just seen on the spreadsheet that it says my weigh in day is Wednesday, that's ok leave it as Wednesday that's no problem

Hi well don't on breastfeeding, I was lucky and able to feed both my little ones, I think as long as your eating healthy breastfeeding can help with weight loss, if you don't get enough nutrition it may affect your supply, I found that the days I didn't drink enough water my baby was fussy and less settled. Wish you all…
