Well no.. I was eating 1700-1800.. but just pumped it up to 1900 yesterday.. 1900 is not 20%.. correct..

Just to let you all know, it turned out fine yesterday. I did not even take pre workout and still had the energy for the HIIT then Lifting.

Haha well.. I mean like she is aware I stopped taking them so I am just looking for more natural ways. Just wondering if this tea will effect working out... - Thank you! I work on my breathing daily and I feel working out has helped, I'm not totally perfect though!
