Ibuprofen (Advil) + Lifting?

I had an insane headache/migraine throughout the day and thought drinking water and staying super hydrated would help cure it but... it hasn't..
So I took advil at around 3pm... it is now 3:59pm
How long do I have to and need to wait before going to lift?
I know anti inflammatory doesn't help.. so I don't know..
The headache is gone now though..
- Yes I have Googled and looked this up previously before posting this spending the good time since I took them reading on this.. I am still unsure though

You're fine. Moderate doses of Ibuprofen does not effect or impair muscle hypertrophy, strength, or soreness.0

Unless you took more than the recommended dose (400mg, or 2 pills) you are a go for liftoff!
Qualifications: I am not a doctor. Not even on TV. But I spent years on anti-inflammatories due to a back injury, from double doses of ibuprofen to fancy schmancy prescriptions.0 -
I always take ibuprofen if I have a headache and have never thought twice about exercising after.0
