Nice! You dress so cute too!

SAHM here. I am set at lightly active and seem to be averaging 1.5lbs/week. I was previously set at Active, but personally found my calorie goal too high (wasn't losing as fast).
-
I recently noticed the left side of my waist curves in a little more. I never noticed this before, but then again never noticed it going in at all before losing...so IDK if it's just they way I'm naturally shaped, or if I'm losing more fat on one side. Another embarrassing one, is that my left butt cheek is not as round…

Feel free to add me. I'm 5'4.75, losing between 15-20 more lbs.

Following. I want to be around 130ish, maybe to higher 120s depending on how/where the weight comes off.

Poke with fork, wrap in wet paper towel, and microwave for 6-8 mins. Add little butter :).
-
Huge change, you look great! I'm loving these!!!

I recently found and LOVE this stuffed bell pepper recipe! So good (I add a slice of provolone on top and fresh basil). They'll replace a lot of pasta meals (the only thing I did w/the turkey before). http://allrecipes.com/recipe/79805/stuffed-peppers-with-turkey-and-vegetables/

Thank you!!!

Nice progress! You have such a beautiful shape! Also 5'5 with a goal of about 130-135.

*I meant to say light dumbbells (10-25lb), not free weights ( re: if they can help w/backfat since I won't be using gym equipment anytime soon).
-
Wow! AWESOME progress!!! Love that workout too!
-
Wow! You look a lot leaner and your waist even smaller in the 2nd pic. If I wasn't convinced before, I am now! I hope something like that can be achieved at home (no space for gym equipment so free weights will have to do for now)
-
Can the lifting results be achieved with free weights? My gym membership is frozen at the time, and I only have relatively light weights (ranging from 5-25lbs).
-
great progress!

To reach my 2nd mini goal (I have been setting them for 10lbs in MFP). Once I reach that I'll be in the "normal" range, and will want to lose between 15-20 more lbs.

I see more definition in your abs!
-
Thank you! I work in a decent amount of HIIT workouts and am thinking of incorporating more strength training.
-
Everyone has made amazing transformations! Thanks for the motivation!
-
Thank you, looking good!

I second FitnessBlender. Their YouTube channel has TONS of free workouts. I do them weekly and to be honest, feel they're more effective than the workouts I'd get in at the gym.
-
You look amazing! So inspiring!

Yes, but no perfect advice. The best thing is to keep pushing and don't give up. Set mini goals so it doesn't seem so overwhelming. Ex/instead of saying "I need to lose 50lbs and can't", start with a goal of 5lbs and give yourself a non-food related reward ex/pedi. Keep "celebrating" for every 5lbs you achieve.

You're welcome! :)

I'm no expert, but here are a few things I can think of (from personal experience and friends): 1) If the issue is going out to eat, try to eat a small healthy meal or filling snack at home before you go (cucumber, celery and carrots w/half serving of low calorie ranch or hummus and a hard boiled egg), so that you are not…
-
That is an awesome milestone (getting to a point where you don't remember last being), and will push you to keep going! Congrats!

That is pretty dope! You're gorgeous, good job!
