1. I feel pretty good about approaching summer. It’s the first time in a while we’ll (can only speak for where I am) be even somewhere close to normal since the pandemic! This hopefully means some trips to the beach and nice parks with the fam. Looking forward to getting outside more. 2. I am holding myself accountable by…

39. Count me in! I have been off for a while and it is HARD!

That I'm not equipped to completely stop logging. That I should never completely give up exercise. As hard as it is to fit it, its harder to start again once you've stopped.
-
Wow, that is a serious transformation! You look amazing!

Amazing!

Yes, and I consistently ate most if not all of the exercise calories back. I'm around 36lbs down since Feb of this year, and maintaining within a 3lb range. If anything I could probably increase a bit now. It might take a little adjusting. Make sure you're as accurate as possible when selecting activity level, and I'd…

You're very pretty in both pics and really made a dramatic change! Congrats!!!

I'm going to say yes. That's what I'm realizing is happening to me, and I am OK with it as long as I am consistently within the range (around 4lbs).

1.4 lbs away from a "5-gallon bottle of water or an average human leg"...umm, wow?
-
Just started maintenance. My goal right now is simple; maintain for a month. I consider it "mini" because I am going to see what happens when I eat at maintainance for a month then decide if I need to make any adjustments to my calories.

Wow, beautiful results!

No expert, but I know it can be hard to stay on track from my experience working nights in the past (main options were late night fast food joints...packed on 20lbs that way lol). You might have to do a little meal prep. Bake chicken cutlets ahead of time, freeze, and reheat. Bring a lot of ready to eat snacks like fruit,…

A few of my fave's: Cucumbers, apples, carrots, celery, prunes, and anything higher in fiber (filling) and lower in calories, and at least one serving of lean protein like chicken. Spring mix salad with a tbsp of olive oil, vinegar, tomato, onion, avocado, cheese, and a lean protein makes a filling lunch. Hard boiled eggs…

Also mom of 2 and have about 10-15 more to lose to be in 130s again. Always open to more mom friends. It's motivating!

Thanks from another ice cream junkie! Question: by "old fashioned non sweet kind" are you talking about the powder vs syrup? What is it labeled as?

*Edit: I have heard of an OB approving a weightless plan during pregnancy, but this woman was overweight when she conceived. Since you're normal weight and at at maintenance, I'd just try to stick to a healthy diet during the pregnancy so you can hopefully stay within the recommended max weight gain.
-
I personally don't like more than 93% lean. Very bland and dry. So I'd first make sure to try 93% max lean. It doesn't taste as good as beef to me either, but I find heavily seasoning it with herbs and/or Italian seasoning and some garlic powder (or fresh) helps. If you can add some fresh herbs even better. Fresh basil…

1) It's hard to guess without knowing how tall you are. 2) Family can be the WORST when it comes to critiquing physical appearance. If she's used to you being tiny, any change will be noticeable...she's doing a terrible job at expressing that you look different to her. You're not "fat", but if you want to lose a little,…

Thanks!

You look amazing.

There's no maintaining during pregnancy. You should gain between 15-35lbs depending on your starting weight. Just try and stick to healthier snacks and don't let people (including yourself) push unhealthy food/encourage you to overeat with the excuse that you're "eating for two". This does tend to happen (at least it did…

Welcome and good luck on your journey! Feel free to add me. I keep my diary open.

This. I try to pack enough snacks, but I have had to open snacks in order to keep, I mean STOP my youngest from screaming her head off. I'm pretty sure her relentless shrill scream will annoy and actually cause physical pain (earaches) to way more people...and no, I will not leave the store/line.

I usually eat back over half of my calories, and am still losing at an average rate a little bit above the goal rate specified in my settings. I don't weigh everything, but consider my estimates pretty accurate (I do tend to try and slightly overestimate calories consumed and underestimate calories burned if in doubt). I'd…

Hi, I'm 34 years old with 2 young kids. I just started getting serious about losing weight in February of this year. I try to eat a lot of fresh, minimally processed foods (far from perfect and not super strict). I just made 20lb loss this week and want to lose about 20-25 more then work to maintain it. Always open to more…

Hi  I am of mom of 2 young kids, and just started getting serious about losing weight in Feburary. I workout at home and do an occasional hike or walk, usually with the kids. This is the first time in my life I'm paying attention to WHAT I eat rather than just the quantity. I am also far from a "junkie" or ultra…

-I like to buy chicken cutlets, season with fresh basil, garlic, kosher salt and onion. Bake all, and freeze for the week. They can be used with salad, sandwiches ( I get a flatbread called Fold It and put either hummus or opadipity dip instead of mayo), quesadillas, tacos, or with a veggie and grain. Sweet potato is…
