Planning ahead will be a big help! The foods you will eat. The times you eat may be "awkward" but it could be a normal thing for you.

No expert, but I know it can be hard to stay on track from my experience working nights in the past (main options were late night fast food joints...packed on 20lbs that way lol). You might have to do a little meal prep. Bake chicken cutlets ahead of time, freeze, and reheat. Bring a lot of ready to eat snacks like fruit, raw veggies, nuts (be careful with nut portions though cus the calories add up) and whole grain crackers, and yogurt. Salad is easy if you get the pre-rinsed mixed greens. You just have to add a protein like chicken or eggs and whatever toppings you want. Pack toppings separately and add to the greens when you are ready to eat the salad.
