    I think you look fine at whatever your weight is, but keep in mind if you are actually looking for objective opinions on what weight you appear to be that including your height might be an idea. Taller women tend to weigh more than their shorter counterparts even when they carry their weight "the same".

    Hard to judge without knowing your height. Your mom is a total biyatch for saying that to you. You don't look extremely overweight. My guess is that you carry it all in the middle. I'm going to say 135 and a big FU to your mother.

    lose the weight to be more healthily don't do it because people are making you feel like you should . ps. i was joking about 400-550KG , you look fine :)

    1) It's hard to guess without knowing how tall you are.
    2) Family can be the WORST when it comes to critiquing physical appearance. If she's used to you being tiny, any change will be noticeable...she's doing a terrible job at expressing that you look different to her. You're not "fat", but if you want to lose a little, surround yourself with positivity and do it with YOUR personal goals in mind.

    I'd say 140ish? You don't look skinny, nor do you look overweight. Just an average size woman. I don't see a lot of muscle definition that would suggest you were very active or fit though. If you want to set a goal, I'd say to let go of the dietary gimmicks and extreme stuff and just get on a healthy eating and exercise plan that is workable enough to become a lifestyle.
