I like to keep them sweet, not savory.
I often have them plain, baked, on their own. Otherwise I mash them with a little bit of brown sugar. Then of course there's my sweet potato casserole for thanksgiving!0 -
Baked then loaded with real butter, sugar and cinnamon for eating with steak or baked and cubed with corn syrup and cinnamon for eating at any holiday. This is in my bucket list for after my cut cycle is over!

They are like crack to me.
Yes, pretty much this, although I most often use 5 spice powder. Delicious.
I really don't understand all the suggestions to add honey/maple syrup/brown sugar... they are already super sweet, that sound like it would be way over the top.1 -
I just want to say salt, pepper but mostly lots of butter.0

Cut raw potato into french fry shaped strips (chip shaped strips for our UK friends!); Toss in olive oil (about 1 tablespoon per large potato); spread in single layer on baking sheet; sprinkle with favorite seasoning (I like salt, garlic powder and cayenne pepper -OR- salt and sweet curry powder); bake at 425F until done. Enjoy!!1
