Just baked. Then I cut them up into small pieces to surround my protein. Sort of like a salad.0

Cooked anyway (preferably baked though), and then topped with almond butter, cinnamon, salt, and a little sugar free maple syrup occasionally!1

We just use the microwave and top them with a little cinnamon mixed in olive oil butter or a little olive oil butter and sugar free maple syrup. For busy work nights we'll use the sweet potato tots (eaten plain) and just bake them while whatever main dish item (like some kind of chicken) is baking so it's all done at the same time.0

I like to keep them sweet, not savory.
I often have them plain, baked, on their own. Otherwise I mash them with a little bit of brown sugar. Then of course there's my sweet potato casserole for thanksgiving!0 -
Baked then loaded with real butter, sugar and cinnamon for eating with steak or baked and cubed with corn syrup and cinnamon for eating at any holiday. This is in my bucket list for after my cut cycle is over!
