Great job on giving up soda. I also used to drink about 2 liters a day but it was diet so I didnt think I was doing anything wrong. Turns out it can lead to kidney stones. Worst pain ever! Back on the recording food as when I don't I eat sooo much more. I also got a Garmin, instead of a fitbit. Slightly cheaper but does the same thing.
