Yes I suppose that all makes sense! My daughter asked me the other day..Mom how come you always wear those clothes.. she is four by the way! I sat there and though for a second.. well it's because all of my clothes are to small! I have lots of clothes but I can not fit into any. I gotta do something... count me in!!

If this was me in your situation, I wouldn't worry to much about it, I think telling yourself that one day eating more calories wont ruin your efforts is way more important than being right on your count for the day. I love sweets!! the only way I can stop myself from eating them is to not bring them into the house... that being said I wont deprive my children from sweets once in a while, so I do bring some into the house for them, ice cream for example.
