I'm finding Keto making huge difference. No more rumbling tummies and thinking that I might starve to death. I've had one meal today!!!! ( 1100 calories and a low carb chocolate bar)

I use it for cleaning and on my face after shower.

I always make just enough for children and If they don't want their dinner then they have nothing else until they have eaten a reasonable amount. My children are good eaters so this rarely a problem

Hi. I'm getting married in October. I've given up on the scales, so am working on building a little muscle, it's working really well.

For Mother's Day I had meat and lettuce, and huge dessert. Much to my surprise I still lost weight... Yayyyy

I had that problem and it was my phone. Android system had issues with Fitbit. Now have iPhone and no problems

I have no problem with my flex and pushchair. Find flex is sensitive enough to pick up all movement.

My brain thinks it misses feeling full, but when I am actually 'full' I feel sick and bloated.

I really enjoyed 30 day squats. Easy easy. Am not doing intermediate squats and an arm challenage now.

I have lost 38 pounds since April of this year. The first 30 came off pretty quickly and easily. The last 8 took longer to achieve and I've actually been in a holding pattern for a little over a month now - go up 1 pound, go down 1 pound, up 1 pound, down 1 pound. Very frustrating. Ive got a very sturdy sports bra (thick straps and 4 hooks at back) and also wear a "running bra top" over top. That work really well.

The more you eat the worst you will feel. Are you getting out and about enough? Being stuck at home 24/7 isn't much fun. Perhaps you shouldn't buy much junk food( cant eat what's not in the cupboard). I've found things like popcorn great, I can eat a hugh bowl for not to many calories.

You have to be strong. Try watching "The men who make us thin", journalist Jacques Peretti. Then you will realise why the quick fixes never work. Seriously everyone should watch this documentary.
