I got banned from Proboards because I dared question the wisdom of admin about sending out spam messages..... they called it disrespecting the admin?.....and they did not have the manners to email me or even make it just a suspension for a duration of time....very unprofessionally ran...oh well

yes and in 10 -20 yrs the things we consider safe today will be judged bad for us in some way....chemical sweetners? really? Problem is the FDA is using us as the lab rats....they don't require the years of practical testing they should...follow the money on that one$$$$ ...example....why so many recalls on prescription…

I have cake/pie for breakfast, also speghetti or soup..supper sometimes oatmeal....I've lost 114 lbs on Nutrisystem over the years..and I don't play by the book either....I can't my job is driving on call 24/7....so a routine is out....only thing I track like a religion is my calories in and out...these ones who do a 9-5…

I am maintaining at about 1800 cal I have a weight range of about an 8 pound variable depending on the foods I eat whether they are sodium heavy... And the amount of water that I retain and then I dispel... By the book ( 2200 ) I should be losing...

Don't you all have a "window" to maintain?....like a high/low range? Mine is like 7 lbs on either side.....that allows for the swing of normal everyday foods sodium contents and water and activities level that always change...
