  • Thanks everyone. I am going to do the advice given and increase my runs per week. I’m also going to have a look at Hal Hidgeon too as I going to be running a half marathon in April next year and haven’t got past the 6.2 mile mark yet!
  • 6.1 mile run which also happened to include a honking big bridge!
  • I have different readings too. However, for example, I went for a run last Monday and didn't work as hard as I could have. Today, I worked really hard and my readings were completely different. I guess it depends on how much you are moving around during your work out
  • I've just done the second session of week 1! First run wasn't that great but the second one went much better. I'm looking to do my final one later this week and get onto week 2

  • I don't have any tips as I've only just started myself a week ago. Actually, the only one I can give is to take each day one at a time. There are times when I have wanted to just go grab a bit of chocolate and I've had to talk myself out of it. I'll grab a bit of fruit or raw veg like some cucumber or tomato instead.

  • I'm taking vitamin d with calcium and vitamin c. I used to take a multivitamin but kept getting ill with colds etc. Since I started vit d and c only, I have had nothing. It may be a conincidence but I certainly feel better
