Haha no not with a barbell a sumo squat with dumbbell does the trick, just starting out a plain squat works good

Where do you run? Do you rock out a treadmill or outdoors? I get bored a lot on the treadmill so I do about 5 mins of sprints/walks and then about 2 activities of resistance training then back to the mill and so on. That helps me knock out cardio while also lifting! Feel free to add me if you'd like! I need good motivation…

One good one is a squat while standing on a bosu ball! It takes balance but when u get the hang of it it's AWESOME!

Do you take a pre workout drink? If so set that little guy by you when you sleep and when you get up to hit the snooze button, take a drink... You'll be up in no time!
