One good one is a squat while standing on a bosu ball! It takes balance but when u get the hang of it it's AWESOME!0
-
What do you currently do?0
-
You can add and subtract exercises as needed but make sure that you keep the squat as a core exercise on leg day.0
-
Squats, deadlifts, hip thrusts are my main 3 lifts for legs0
-
What are your goals?0
-
Deadlifts, squats with weights, lunges with weight, split squat, donkey kicks with weight, adductor/abductor, leg press, hamstring curls.0

I hope to God you're not referring to squats done with a barbell!?!
OP, front and back squats, deadlifts, cleans, calf raises and box jumps are my go to. I also do a good bit of stretching and some flutter-kicks.

Haha no not with a barbell a sumo squat with dumbbell does the trick, just starting out a plain squat works good0
-
Try single leg lunges( back leg elevated on bench) also single leg deadlifts( backlog elevated again). Step up with weights or step up with a knee. Little variations make a huge difference.0
-
Single leg deadlifts with dumbbells, split jumps, lunge into high kicks, jump squats, quicker box jumps0
-
And of course front squat, sumo deadlifts, sumo back squats

Not to forget the goblet squat.0

Omg you guys are so great!!!! Can't wait to try this again in 3 days!!! Thanks for all the help!!0

I have to laugh because I just did these this week. Having no sense of balance made them even more interesting but I think these are a keeper.

I have actually seen some jackwagon try it, and yup, the result was hilarious. Luckily, he was the only one injured, so I didn't feel bad about laughing at his dumb/unconscious @$$.

Superset leg extensions with walking lunges:) #quadpump0

Surprised no-one mentioned stiff leg deadlifts. Great for your hamstrings, glutes and also lower back!
My current leg day is:
Squats
Leg Press (skip the lockout, save your knees)
Stiff Leg Deadlifts
Hamstring Curls
Barbell Calf Raises
Seated Calf Raises
I'll eventually get round to implementing lunges :P0
