Hi everyone. My name is Deborah. Im new here and really going to try and follow through this time. Looking for some friends for support and motivation! I run about 5 times a week but I am looking to incorporate resistance training into my routine. anyone have any tips on how to mix the 2. Feel free to friend me.

    Where do you run? Do you rock out a treadmill or outdoors? I get bored a lot on the treadmill so I do about 5 mins of sprints/walks and then about 2 activities of resistance training then back to the mill and so on. That helps me knock out cardio while also lifting! Feel free to add me if you'd like! I need good motivation as well!

    I prefer to run outside. I really dont like the treadmill. It actually feels harder for me on the treadmill. I can bang out 7 miles outside no problem. Put me on a treadmill and 2 miles is hard. go figure. lol
