Hey there, I'm only on day 4 myself, but am excited to get this weight off. How are you planning on tackling it? I'm tracking what I eat, drinking lots of water, trying to do some sort of exercise everyday and I cut out sugar, wheat and dairy. Good luck!!!!!

I use to drink them, but don't anymore. If I need caffeine I'll have some tea or coffee. They don't even taste good anymore..

I'm doing gluten free and dairy free right now. I know dairy doesn't totally agree with me, although I LOVE it. :smile: The wheat causes me so much bloat, it really helps when I go off it.
