Hello, I am on Keto and find it’s a diet that works for me. Started it about 4/5 weeks ago, lost 8lb, but had to stop as I was having a new kitchen and found it difficult to cook or do anything. Drink plenty of water I’ve had 3L today, or you may get what’s known as the Keto flu due to the drop in sodium levels. Good luck

My diet is mainly fat & protein so protein is up at about 110g, fitness is limited at the minute to 2 times a week and I have a desk job. On training days I tend to eat more. Extra 200 cals. Took a Berroca before and must admit I feel a lot better... will continue to take daily.

Hitting protein goal and maintaining around 1200-1300 calories a day. Going to give the sodium intake a boostx

I did my research, but was just wanting some advice from others. Will give the electrolytes a try. Have never felt the fatigue before, maybe I had more sodium last time I did this. Thanks :-)

I started Keto on Monday. Doing ok so far, had a strange experience yesterday, feeling a little exhausted and foggy, but drank loads today. Currently have no kitchen, so food choices are limited and whatever can be cooked in the George Forman grill is what goes! Weighed myself today and lost 4lb so far.

Got to agree, you need to do less cardio and get some strength training in there! Also mix it up a bit!
