I was 115 lbs now 130. I have been doing the same workouts consistently. Maintaining at 1350 calories. No changes in daily life. I’m cutting calories and it’s like my body stopped responding.

Thanks for responding. I’m 5’3 120.

I can't wait for this waist trainer, butt implant/fat transfer trend to be over with.

Yasso frozen yogurt bars. Only 80 calories and they are a decent size.

Whenever I go hard I usually end up with a couple pounds of water weight. Last time it took about a week for it to come off.

2 or 3 years ago I purchased the 'Tone It Up' plan. It had a bunch of dumb rules that I later learned don't really matter. Such as, you must do cardio first thing in the morning (I like to work out- just not right when I wake up), no fruit or starches after 3 pm, no artificial sweeteners,,etc. It had some good information…

I eat a high (mostly complex) carb diet and I've lost 40lbs. Bran muffins, pasta, sweet potatoes, I eat them all. As long as it is within your calorie allowance, eat what you want.

Banging my hip bones all the time. And recently I had to buy smaller bras. That was a bummer!
-
Thank you everyone! This helps. I thought water weight would magically go away after 24 hours. lol.

Butt jobs are becoming just as common as boob jobs. In LA at least.

You can have sweets any time. It doesn't matter when you eat them. If it fits within your calories, go ahead. Going overboard is the problem.

Recently I went to a party and ran into another couple I haven't seen in years. The first thing out of the guys mouth was "hey! You've lost a s--- ton of weight!" I don't care that he noticed but I didn't really care for the announcement. Made me feel super awkward.

I'm 5'3. Started at 150 now 113. Took me a year and a half to lose. Currently eating 1200 calories per day, sedentary. Add me!

I am completely sure that going wheat free cured my endometriosis.
-
You can add me! I'm 5'3 and started off at 150 now down to 113 eating 1200 calories. I log every day. Losing weight isn't easy but you can do it. Just be patient. It's taken me 1 year and a half to get to my current weight. I took it slow.
-
It took me three months to lose the last ten pounds. You need to be very accurate with your logging. And patient. Good luck!
-
Hello. Feel free to add me!
-
5'3 went from 145 to 116. Eating 1200 calories. I find that high protein foods keep me fuller longer.
-
I thought carbs in general was to blame for weight gain.

After a friend had posted a bunch of pictures from the night before on Facebook I realized how chunky I had gotten. I weighed myself that day and saw 150 lbs. I'm 5'3 and it was a lot for my small frame. I knew I had to do something before it got out of control. I'm down 35 lbs and will never go back.

I started eating cottage cheese in the afternoons and it really helped.
-
Sorry I forgot to respond to this. This is me today at 117. Slim, but not really skinny I think.
-
OP I'm in the same boat. I eat at least 200 carbs per day and my goal is 150. I'm still losing though.
-
You can add me. I'm 5'3. Started at 145 now 119. Looking to lose just a couple more.
-
I'm 5'3 119
-
I must be eating more without knowing it or else I would see some movement on the scale I guess.
-
MFP I don't weigh everything. Don't measure liquids. MFP gave recommended 1200/day.
-
Thanks so much for your input everyone! This really helps.

I'm 5'3 female and I'm shooting for 115. I'm currently at 120 and it seems the last few pounds are the toughest. At my skinniest I was 110 and I looked anorexic for my small/medium build, so 115 should be a good weight.

I've been losing about 1 lb per week. I'm 5'3 121 lbs female. Eating about 1200 calories per day.
