I use them for abit more support with a bunion I've got. They do help but they make my shoes really tight which is abit of a nuisance.

I enjoy running on an empty stomach, usually I just have a cup of tea about 30 minutes before I start and I don't eat straight after my run either - its usually an hour or two before I'll have breakfast. I do have an electrolyte replacement though. Works for me :)

I just realised I sound like I should know the difference given that I've done the running thing before, sometimes you just need to hear it from someone else that its worth it.

Thanks for the info :) I only say discouraging because if the numbers were to be believed then why put in all the effort. I'm happy with my progress otherwise, I used to run 35 kms a week and do 160km endurance horse rides... Then I took 3 years off and did nothing. It's nice to be back on the hamster wheel

I do and I can't recommend Peg Legs by Patterns for Pirates highly enough. It's a free download and has an add on pack (also free) with contour waistband and Pockets! I get it printed A0 size at a print shop but you can print at home and stick together the pages. So easy - start to finish takes me about 30 minutes. I just…

Is it under your toenail? If so I would recommend putting a hole in the nail to relieve the pressure.

I had a boss that used this - she lost alot of weight but really how is it different to meal replacements of any kind? The accompanying diet was very restrictive to. She tried to get me on it but the price was out of my budget. I'd rather eat food!

Yes, it should still have the correct balance.

Try taking a magnesium supplement and make sure your other electrolytes are balanced - plain water is good but won't always be best for you in a hot environment.

I rather like jump rope but I have a little bladder leakage problem every time I try..... Lol Can't use a trampoline either! Doesn't happen when I'm running.

Sounds like you need to contact the supplier and have them sort it out for you.

Use what you have. I live next to a river so I have a pile of large rocks I move around everyday for strength training.

I'd be very content for it to be slow. Im fairly happy with myself now as I am but don't want to gain anymore. I lost the 15 kilos a few years back dieting hard and exercising excessively, I just don't have it in me anymore, so I hope to just lose slowly and be gentle to my body this time.

Thankyou :) I've been trying a bigger deficit but I just can't stick with it. I thought this way I might feel less like I'm on a diet.

I have an 'Armpocket' which I love, I wear it on my left arm just under my armpit. It's great when riding my horse or running, I forget it's there must of the time.

I eat the same everyday - a boiled egg and a piece of dark rye toast with 20 g peanut butter. Keeps me going for ages
