Quite agree, I refuse to wear leggings now. I realised when my DD felt the fat on my back giggled and said, "Mummy you have back boobies"! Out of the mouthes of babes huh! Truth... :/

I like the idea of not wasting time. Once the little people are in bed I often take my place on my throne (sofa). As well as planning meals I think i'll plan in some prayer and activity time too. Sweet treats in the evenings. I work out in the morning before work at 5:30. Go to work and get home by 6:30/7pm, by the time I have eaten dinner I am either really tired or my sugar/energy levels are really low. I end up snacking to the point where I feel like I could have eaten 2 dinners. Hence I tend to not track after…

A forerro rocher, because I needed an energy boost and was craving something 'naughty'. I can buy just one which means I wont scoff a whole box because I did not savour the last one I ate. At 73 calories I can still hit my goal for the day too.
