SW 200 lbs 3/17 - 199.7 - Back to pre vacation weight with normal eating. It's amazing how I always gain a couple lbs from the excess salt intake, etc. Walked on treadmill 40 minutes. 3/18 - 199.9 - starting today officially. Got groceries now since return from trip.
