Keep up with the trying. It's a small set back nothing major. No guilt. It is what it is. Recognize it and move on. I regained 14 lbs since mid-January but am of the mindset now to think about the 30 lbs I've kept off since last May instead. Journey on.....2 -

Total loss for March I didn't check in this month since I was rafting the Grand Canyon. I was below the rim 23 days, plus there were travel days on both ends. No scales down there. Even with all my activity, I managed to gain weight and am back to normalizing at my goal weight. I hope to get there in May.

Sometimes we have to just live our lives to the fullest and enjoy ourselves. And it's not always convenient to stick to our program. But we can enjoy with no guilt and get back to it when we return to our norm. Sounds like a great trip! I'd love to go rafting but hubby has a spinal cord issue so it'd be no fun without him. Glad you had a fun time. That's what lifes' all about.2 -

I went to a family birthday party cookout. I got so many compliments. I ate 1 hotdog, tiny 2 inch piece of birthday cake, 2 oz. Baked beans and 6 oz. Lemonade. The beautiful part was I drove 90 miles up and back, I was up moving, not being stuck in a chair. Next, a June high school reunion, all white clothing at the historic King Center in Atlanta. The best part of weight loss is enjoying events again! Best wishes!

Well, I didn't make my goal, although I had 2 days recently where I was below my goal, so I have confidence that I'll get there and stay there soon. I'm down 0.6lbs and my trend weight is down 1lb, so that's good. I haven't been putting in enough effort this month, I have been over calories more often than not and have been allowing alcohol and carby snacks to sneak back in. I have been consistent with strength training most days and have made daily walks a part of my routine, so that's something! On to May and better discipline π3 -
