  • Asking for help is the bravest thing you could have done. Eating right and exercise will come with time, being ok with who you are is more important. I'm sure this time in your life isn't the easiest, but things will get better... they always do. Feel free to add me as a friend.
  • I stuggled when i started using this app, but as i started noticing what i was eating was not as healthy as it should be I changed my diet and feel great when i am under my calorie goal. Feel free to add me, we need as much support as possible.

  • Just keep trying. There will be times where you have to stop and walk, but jog when you can and walk when you need to. Perseverance pays off.
