Nope if someone wants to add me they can I dont sit and "vet" them. If anyone is inactive for over a month i would unfriend though, I do like an active newsfeed so I can praise others and they do it to me, feels great and keeps me motivated!

@charmmeth well done! And same here, I must have tried so many times but always resort back to eating more than i should. That's why I'm trying this another way to see if I can manage it. Fingers crossed I'll stick with this too!

I'm 30 as well and a mum of 4 children. I hate exercise so what I did was buy just dance for my switch console and love playing it. I could easily do an hour as time passes quickly playing it.

@Grace_spaceship thanks, it definitely is making me hungrier but it doesn't make me run to the fridge or cupboards thankfully, if I was really struggling with hunger pains I would just eat abit of fruit or have water 😁

@amusedmonkey thanks and yeah I think some of that would be water weight possibly lost the first week. I track my weight daily and down another 2lbs so far. The weightlifting I am primarily using it to gain strength because I'm so weak! Lol but if it helps me to lose abit of weight at the same time I'm very happy 😁

Makes a difference for me! When I get up I dont even think about food, the easiest time of day for me to skip breakfast and use the calories I would normally have eaten and add them to my dinner instead that way I can have abit extra and fill me for longer. Before when I ate breakfast i swear it made me feel so hungry…

I used to do this and it actually worked really well for me lost a good amount but Christmas came and I got addicted to food again lol. I've had kidney stones and I'm almost 100% sure it was down to lack of fluids. I am such a terrible drinker, I swear there was days I've just a few sips of water or juice here or there. I actually found it really easy this morning without food. I actually finally drank some more water as im terrible for water intake. It was nice getting a bigger lunch, i actually felt full. I now have about 700 cals to play with for dinner! Ill make sure i try to use them all up. I wont eat for another 5 hours or that so…

If i want to have diet coke yes i will drink it. I have cut it down but somedays i like to have a diet coke as a treat instead of cake/choc for example. It really does help and with 0 cals its fantastic. Diet coke may not be exactly healthy but that aint stopping me

I use a non digital scale. It does the job, only cost me £12 roughly. I would like a digital one in future though as theyll be a little more easier to read
