Phew, glad it's not just mine! Fitbit tech support have asked for screenshots of my stuff to try and figure it out. Fingers crossed it'll be sorted soon.
-
Ahh, so it could possibly be a temporary Fitbit glitch then. I hope you're right and it fixes itself. Thanks.
-
Ahh, that all makes sense and explains why I actually wasn't losing the 2lbs a week before. Thanks everyone!
-
Yes, I'm a shorty with less than 50lbs to lose.
-
Thanks for all the help. I'll keep an eye on things over the next few weeks and see where to go from there. Thanks

Thanks, that's a great chart! I have started eating back some of my calorie burn this week so maybe it's worth not doing that.
-
Thanks. I am below 200 so maybe I should reassess my goals. I started at the gym almost 7 weeks ago and I was there yesterday doing strength training... I remember someone had said that the muscles will be retaining water (or something like that) so maybe I should see what my scales say tomorrow.

Thanks. Again, I'm pretty clueless about all this stuff but I'd love to learn! Can anyone point me in the direction of where I can read up on all this? I've just downloaded a nutrition course through iTunes U but would also love to learn more about fitness. Any tips?

Thanks, I am very new to all this so that is good to know!

Wow, you looking amazing! Well done!

Oh my word, I did it!!! I have finally crept past the '2' and am now seeing my weight starting with a '1' (barely, but I'll take it)!
-
Oh, I love an afternoon snack! But I'm trying to train my mind into thinking that I want grapes instead of chocolate!!
-
I've got 4 (and hoping for a fifth to lose)! Just sent you a request. x

I want to be healthy and happy, shop in 'normal' shops, turn heads, teach my daughter how to do a cartwheel (and maybe re-learn that one myself!), feel good about myself, not shy away from having my picture taken, live life... You know, the standard stuff!
-
I would love to join in on this! At my heaviest, I was 237, I got down to 173, became pregant (4 years ago!), hurt my back, etc and the next thing I knew, I was back up to 220.
-
Edinburgh, Scotland and completely new to the MFP community so would appreciate a friend or two!
-
Wow, that is fabulous and so inspiring to a fellow 'mommy'! Thank you for sharing and well done!!!
-
OMG! What a fantastic job! Congratulations on your loss (so far)!
-
Absolutely amazing! Well done! And thanks for the inspiration!!!

No more 'treat days' for me, like someone else said, one treat day can roll into another treat day, into another one... that's what got me here in the first place! Now if I want a 'treat' I will make sure it fits in my daily calorie allowance or I try to exchange exercise for it!

Wow, huge congratulations!! I love your post (and the graphs too - another data freak here)! Well done!!
