I use Pinterest as well. I look up weight watchers recipes on there because they are typically lower in calories and what not!

I would remember that people make mistakes and if you make a slip and overeat or forget to track then don't quit because you slipped. I know I don't need my sister's approval and It only slightly matters to me what she thinks. She didn't give me her argument because she was too busy looking disapprovingly at me when my younger sister (who also uses my fitness pal and know how awful my sister can get) stepped in and changed the conversation and it was dropped (at least for now).

I would start by watching your portions and counting calories. I would also recommend adding some light exercise into your diet like an exercise bike or taking a brisk 30 minute walk a few nights a week. Good Luck!
