I have dropped and cracked my phone twice in the last week... Good thing I didn't get it replaced the first time it fell.

Take it one day at a time. Exercise and stay around your calories so that you end up with a deficit.

Everytime I put in for the bike, no matter what effort I put in the calorie count is off. I usually select light effort (even if I work hard) and then change the calorie count to what the bike tells me I burned.

Gym. Buying all the equipment would get pricy and I don't have a lot of space for it. Plus at home my cat is always getting in my way.

Not sure about your first question, but as for your second question you would log it as walking it gives options for speed so usually I put 3.0 and then change the calories to what the treadmill said.

Not exactly, weight loss is when you lose more calories than you consume. If you start eating more then you're deficit may not be as big and the weight loss would decline, so you could possibly gain more.

I do biceps as well with my triceps but my biceps are a little stronger than triceps and are nowhere near as sore.

The exercise bike is my go to exercise. As for eating healthier portion control is EXTREMELY important

I am 4'10'' and I am 145.4 pounds, I was 148 when I started a week ago. My goal is about 118.

Congrats! I joined about a week ago and lost 2.6 pounds. MFP helped me realize how big a portion needs to be and how many calories are in the things I would "binge" on. I also started drinking water and stopped drinking so much soda!

I count them because they are still calories and even eating too many vegetables can cause weight gain

It takes a few days for your body to adjust to getting enough water. I used to never drink water and I started drinking minimum 4 cups (32 oz) a day and at first I was peeing every ten minutes. After a couple of days it tapered off to a normal amount of bathroom usage. I would suggest upping your water intake by 16 oz…
