onions, capsucims or for americans..... peppers, garlic, dried italian herbs, can of low salt diced tomatoes and a bit of sweet chilli sauce. sweat off onions and garlic, add diced capsicums, cook for 5 minutes. add tomatoes and dried herbs, simmer untill reduced and all as much chilli sauce as you like... im usually 1/3…

i do herbalife... different i know, but i have vanilla shakes, with no fat milk and a handfull of frozen strawberries. only reason i do the shakes is because i cant seem to eat all my 1600 calorie alotment in one day and i have to lose 60 kg

im only 309, but this app says to limit my intake to 1620. even then i find that i feel like im eating more, seem fuller as well. ive been sticking to what the app says and in a week ive lost just under 2.5kg...dont know what that is in pounds.

count the calories on the pre made base then count the calories on whatever it is you add onto it. thats what ive been doing. i get a weight watchers Hawaiian pizza then add as many veggies as i can onto it

wow... under 1000 cal a day is very bad for you. im on 1500 cal a day, i want to do less but this darn app wont let me change it.... grr.

1 cup of mixed frozen berries and a lsplash of water, blended till smooth. makes an excelent sorbet... tastes just like ice cream
