Well I mean I burned over 2,000 calories today and before my bananas and pb I only ate 875 cals for the whole day...so for my total I ate about 1,800 cals today with over 800 cals still available...

That's the weird thing! I haven't had my period for a little while. I know that sometimes whenever I lose weight quickly I can miss my period for 2 months. But I've been regular ever since I started to focus more on getting all of my nutrients.

I keep deleting my account because I feel like once I'm comfortable with how I'm eating I don't need to keep track anymore and then I give up and use the app again. I've done this so many times too, you're not the only one out there! Tea sounds really good, I usually crunch on ice chips. It helps me with the chew factor.
