Does anyone still have a large amount of weight to lose and still lifting? I would guess I should be doing cardio as well as lifting. Have about 60 more lbs to my goal weight.

AMEN! I agree! We are more powerful than the scale. This week my weight didn't go down but that's ok because I am doing everything I am supposed to be doing.

I felt like I was alone. Its so frustrating because I honestly feel like I will NEVER get where I want to be. I wish I could not worry about the number but I also know the number is connected to the size of my body.
