Thank you for this! I did very well on Keto and dropped almost 30 pounds in 2 months...quickly gained it back. I started again and after two weeks, I'm really evaluating if it's sustainable. I've lost 100 pounds in a year without it before...just watching my calories and exercising occasionally. Keto and lowcarb seem SO…

Absolutely amazing. I'm doing this the right way this time, as I had gone from 310 to 195 in less than a year by eating very little :/ Now, mfp and working out has been the best solution!

Have the Blaze for about two months now and love it. I had the charge hr previously and it's a nice upgrade. One new benefit is the ability to replace the bands! I love the notifications and it works quite well with workouts. I just did Insanity Max:30 tabata power and it kept up nicely. Only problem is with tricep dips…

I had the charge hr and loved it, but love my Blaze! I like that the bands are replaceable and the battery charge tends to last me about 4 days. I just charge it while in the shower as necessary. It's been great with exercise, step, and hr tracking. Notifications are great but can be a bit buggy at times. However, I…

Absolutely beautiful story! I'm like you: addicted to food and soda! I went from 310 to 195 in a year a few years back but gained a lot of it back giving into my gorging ways. This time, I'm keeping on keeping on! Thank you for the inspiration!!

Right there with you! A few years ago, I went from 310 to 195, in around a years' time. After I had to have emergency surgery, I lost motivation and willpower and have gained so much back. I started at least 276 and am now 269-270. Feel free to add me, I know the struggle all too well!
-
Feel free to add me, I'm 270 and goal weight is at least 160. I know it seems impossible, but we can do it! Slow and steady wins the race, lose that weight at a steady pace.

Ooh, Pennsylvanian born and raised. On the couch is where I spent most of my days. Chillin' on out and relaxing in the cool, eating nonstop just like a fool. Then the scale crept up and it was not lookin' real good, pounds adding up feelin' the doom. Then I found a little app and it's always there, now it's off with the…

I love YouTube for fitness videos and absolutely love JessicaSmithTV. She has a large variety of exercise videos and in most of them, her dog, Peanut is there. I find I laugh doing them and it makes it more enjoyable. She's very encouraging and her moves are easily modified if need be.

That's amazing! Congrats!
