I've been overweight my whole life. I battle it constantly. I also battle Binge Eating Disorder. I've tried many many diets and programs. The most successful was Weight Watchers, but as a single mom now, I can't afford it. I have over 100 lbs to lose, and I lose at least 30 pounds every year, only to put it back on with extra. I'm so, so tired of the struggle. I just want to do it the right way and get healthy, once and for all.

Good news is, MFP works the same way as WW, and is free! Just log all your food, stay within your calorie goal, make sensible choices and you'll be fine!0

Right there with you! A few years ago, I went from 310 to 195, in around a years' time. After I had to have emergency surgery, I lost motivation and willpower and have gained so much back. I started at least 276 and am now 269-270. Feel free to add me, I know the struggle all too well!0
