Lol is this a joke? You should write a letter to the Quest Bar company and tell them your story. They might even sponsor you for that.

She's right. 50 grams of carbs from organic sweet potato or 50 grams of carbs from ice cream will be the same amount of calories and will both turn to blood glucose (sugar) one way or another. The difference is how fast it is digested and its micronutrient benefits. In this scenario the carbs from the organic sweet potato…

Wow, that looks fantastic!

I'm not sure about steps but cardio should be counted as exercise.

Don't forget about your fiber as well. Try snacking on foods with high volume but low in calories. For example, rice cakes and popcorn. You can also try some greek yogurt mixed with berries for your sweet tooth, it's delicious.

You can try side lateral raises or upright rows. It will target the deltoid muscles but using a pull movement instead.

Rest days are just as important as training days. Use that time to recover and catch up on sleep. You can also reflect on your upcoming workouts during the week. Don't beat yourself down because you missed a few days. Focus on your nutrition by hitting your calorie goal and/or macronutrients instead.

You can treat yourself but just be mindful of the portions that you consume. Will power is everything!

Nope, not eating eat is more than enough for me. I don't recommend it. God will not banish you unto hell if you do, so go eat something meatless and enjoy lol

Stubborn body fat will vary due to genetics. Overall there is no "spot reduction" method. Just give it time and you'll see progress in those areas. We all get those crappy days once in awhile but its only temporary. Keep your head up!

Good to hear. We are all here to motivate, but it's up to you to make the results happen!

You can search for other various halibuts and guesstimate the nutritional value from there. But remember, it's always harder to track going out rather than weighing food at home w/ a scale.
-
You can find menus with nutritional info of popular restaurants if you click the geotag logo right next to the food search engine. This was added in the latest app version, check it out.

That grilled cheese tho !

I usually just add a packet of stevia as a sweetener then sprinkle some cinnamon. Simple & delicious.

Mass gainers are a waste of money. Better off buying whey by itself and adding your own carb source to it. You can add oats or fruits such as bananas & berries. Better nutritional value and cheaper than a "super anabolic mass gainer".
-
Start with a mile or two in a comfortable pace then progress from there. Add .5 miles a week and/or change up your pace. Record your distance and time. Good luck.

You can do it !! *rob schneider voice*

Whey protein is good. Shakes or protein bars (try Quest bars...delicious) Soybeans such as edamames are high in protein as well.
